5.8 Dormant Accounts. An Account with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. jljl74 will make reasonable attempts to contact the Player via their registered mobile number before applying any dormancy administrative fee as permitted by applicable Philippine regulations.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, and free spins offered by jljl74 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods. 11.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jljl74 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for losses caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance periods.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits jljl74's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
12.1 jljl74 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms and Conditions; (b) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (c) reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9; (d) regulatory direction from PAGCOR; (e) request from Philippine law enforcement authorities.
12.2 Upon permanent closure of an Account for breach-related reasons, jljl74 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding Wallet balance pending investigation. Wallet balances will be returned where investigation confirms no breach has occurred.
12.3 Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jljl74 support. Any outstanding Wallet balance (net of any uncleared Bonus Funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period.
13.1 Internal Complaints. 14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML legislation.
14.2 Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
